It is December and you would think that people do not buy and sell homes this month. We have actually found that it can be a very busy month for real estate and in Arizona it usually is quite good for our agents!

EASTMARK is growing everyday.  They just announced an Active Adult Community called Encore that will open up for sales in February 2015.   We are excited to see that the models offer some
great floorplans from 1300+ square feet up to almost 3000 square feet.   Encore will be off of Ray Rd to the south of the Eastmark community center.

DMB’s new five square mile (3200 total acres) master planned community, Eastmark, is starting out with a grand opening in Spring of this year. The seven named builders at the community are Maracay Homes, Mattamy, Mertiage, Standard Pacific, Taylor Morrison, Ryland Homes, and Woodside.
