EASTMARK is growing everyday.  They just announced an Active Adult Community called Encore that will open up for sales in February 2015.   We are excited to see that the models offer some
great floorplans from 1300+ square feet up to almost 3000 square feet.   Encore will be off of Ray Rd to the south of the Eastmark community center.

DMB’s new five square mile (3200 total acres) master planned community, Eastmark, is starting out with a grand opening in Spring of this year. The seven named builders at the community are Maracay Homes, Mattamy, Mertiage, Standard Pacific, Taylor Morrison, Ryland Homes, and Woodside. Further, the seven builders’ combined investment in the land and surrounding improvements adds up to nearly $50 million. Eastmark’s Phase One builders and number of homesites are as follows:

  • Woodside Homes – 96
  • Trend Homes – 84
  • Standard Pacific Homes (NYSE: SPF) – 58
  • Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH) – 40

In addition to the homesites, Eastmark will feature some of the following ‘community fostering’ features:

  • 100-acre Eastmark Great Park,
  • more than 100 parks, piazzas, and plazas,
  • Eastmark Visitor and Community Center (“The ‘Mark”),
  • environmentally and pedestrian friendly community building features/landscape,
  • and it boasts the largest privately held, contiguous property in the Southeast Valley.

With Eastmark being located between Ellsworth and Signal Butte Roads from Elliot down to Williams Field Roads, Eastmark is positioned in some prime real estate. The community will be a stone’s throw away from ASU Polytechnic Campus and the ever expanding Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Also, positioned right off the San Tan Freeway and just nearby additional future and proposed freeway systems, Eastmark may not be that too far away for the bedroom community commuters that it will appeal to.
