I describe myself as a ‘Desert Lifestyle Enthusiast” since I have grown up in Tempe and have a passion for how I have been able to live in such a great, prosperous, and adventurous part of the Southwest! Craig Cummings
Craig’s career in real estate started in 2005, when he made his first real estate purchase in California. With no money down and receiving $2000.00 at the end of closing, he was able to buy a two-story home in Lancaster. Craig continued to purchase more property, which allowed him to dibble and dabble in rehabbing and property management for over 7 years.
In 2017, Craig agreed to partner with his nephew, Joseph, which jump started an exciting investment venture. After their first successful rehabbing, Craig moved to Arizona. In less than a year he earned his real estate license, became an Arizona agent with Respect Realty, a home owner, and a member of Team Hoxie. I’m passionate about people. It took many paths in life to figure it out. My entry into real estate has driven that passion. I grew up in San Diego, California. I have spent the greater part of my life here in Arizona and I now call it home. Jessica & Joseph Hoxie
Jessica and Joseph met in high school here in Arizona before attending Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. Jessica has a long history in the medical field. She uses her passion from saving lives toward assisting individuals and families navigate the world of real estate. On the other hand, Joseph graduated law school. In law school, he received outstanding marks in Property law (including the highest grade in Advanced Property law). So, he decided to combine the wits and detail-orientation of law with his natural real estate savvy to ensure each and every client receives the best service.
